How to report an error
If you believe a Max24 story is wrong, outdated, or missing important context, tell us. The most useful report includes the story link, what is incorrect, and a supporting source when you have one.

What happens next
Submitted requests are stored for editorial review. We may check the original material, later information, and what you sent. Not every report leads to a change. Reports that are incomplete, abusive, or clearly in bad faith may be closed without a published edit.
We do not promise a response time. We will spend more time on claims that could mislead readers on a material fact.
What we may do
After review we may:
- Correct a factual error in the story
- Update outdated information
- Add context or clarification
- Change a headline or caption
- Remove material that is wrong or harmful
- Add a short editor's note when the change is significant
How corrections appear
Significant corrections should be visible on the story or in an editor's note. Small spelling or formatting fixes that do not change the meaning may be updated without a note.
